To kick off the New Year, we’ll enjoy an exciting menu of Latin American inspired recipes with bold flavors and easy techniques!
Handmade beef empanadas: Savory beef, onion, & cheddar cheese filled pastries spiced with warming cumin and coriander. Baked, not fried!
Tomatillo salsa verde: A mild and bright green salsa to compliment the empanadas
Mexican esquites: Charred Mexican street corn with lime dressing and cotija cheese
Alfajores: Dulce de leche (Mexican caramel) filled sandwich cookies for an easy & decadent dessert
To enjoy wine during class, the tasting room at Burnt Bridge Cellars will be open and pouring! Enjoy 20% off wine purchased the evening of class.
