In this month’s cooking class, we’ll make and enjoy a savory, flavorful Moroccan meal using exciting spices and easy techniques!
We’ll be cooking from 5:30-7:30pm and dining from 7:30-8:30pm
Moroccan braised chicken thighs with Ras el Hanout spice blend (flavorful but not spicy) onions, tomatoes, dates and green olives
Saffron rice with pomegranate, toasted almonds and fresh cilantro
Moroccan inspired flatbread with garlic butter and cilantro
To enjoy wine during class, the tasting room at Burnt Bridge Cellars will be open and pouring! Enjoy 20% off wine purchased the evening of class.
