In this month’s cooking class, we’ll make and enjoy a savory, flavorful Moroccan meal using exciting spices and easy techniques! 

We’ll be cooking from 5:30-7:30pm and dining from 7:30-8:30pm

  • Moroccan braised chicken thighs with Ras el Hanout spice blend (flavorful but not spicy) onions, tomatoes, dates and green olives

  • Saffron rice with pomegranate, toasted almonds and fresh cilantro

  • Moroccan inspired flatbread with garlic butter and cilantro

To enjoy wine during class, the tasting room at Burnt Bridge Cellars will be open and pouring! Enjoy 20% off wine purchased the evening of class.
