We will be cooking from 3-5 and dining from 5-6
To kick off cozy season, we’ll enjoy some truly comforting fall recipes with this pumpkin-forward menu.
Lets indulge in a seasonal meal featuring handmade pasta and a scrumptious pumpkin dessert. In this class we’ll be making:
Handmade pumpkin gnocchi. Savory cheese and pumpkin pasta with the perfect balance of fall flavors
Brown butter & sage pasta sauce. Deeply rich and nutty with notes of woodsy sage. Perfect for tossing with the homemade gnocchi
Autumn kale Caesar salad with the best creamy Caesar dressing and a crispy Parmesan and breadcrumb topping
Pumpkin cheesecake bars with crunchy streusel and a caramel sauce drizzle. Yum!
Class is $99 per person which includes 2 hours of instructional cooking and 1 hour dining.
